Hi, I’m Myrriah, founder of Elm Yogis and a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor. I created Elm Yogis to make yoga accessible, fun, and welcoming for Every-BODY. My classes blend movement, mindfulness, and good vibes to help you feel strong, balanced, and at peace.If you love R&B music, you’ll love vibing in my classes! My most popular class, Yoga After Dark, combines soulful music, flowing movement, and deep relaxation.
