At Casa Mukta we present yoga & wellness retreats, classes, courses and workshops. We offer a range of events from our yoga studio in central Algarve led by facilitators and teachers with years of experience in their fields of Yoga, breathwork, meditation healthy living and exercise.Our intention is to offer our local community a range of practices and tools that greatly enhance and deepen our shared life experience. We believe that that lifestyle changes can greatly improve our quality of life no matter the challenges we are facing - be they age related, caused by a specific condition, or just from a lack of activity or attention to one's health.
