Over time the community has grown to 1200+ accross Canada. It now has also evolved to include a website calledLIFE IN HEARTSwhere raising awareness, sharing information and doing some retaill therapy all are availble ...Living Braving and Loving Boldlyis the mantra. The FB community and the Life In Hearts website are proudly affiliated withHeartLife Foundation of Canada. The most recent initiative brings women together in person in peer to peer support groups that meet monthly - these group are a casual social safe space to share about living with heart disease and heart failure.
