My name is Nerissa,Over the last 10 years, yoga has become my sanctuary, providing a much-needed escape from the "hecticness" of everyday life. My journey with yoga has provided me with grounding and balance, which now shapes the sequences I create for my students.Expect a blend of dynamic flows, meditation, mindful alignment (with a little time for playfulness), all designed to cultivate a sense of embodiment and relaxation. I predominantly practice yoga vinyasa and hatha yoga.Off the mat, I enjoy reading and hiking (especially under the sun!) on the south downs. The wisdom, support, and insights I have received been invaluable in shaping the way I teach and practice yoga.
