Mirilena is a life and relationship coach specializing Acceptance and Forgiveness. She has over 18 years of experience working with human consciousness, breaking free from victim consciousness and has a practice dedicated to helping others step into a life of true empowerment. Mirilena brings her wisdom around the mind/body connection, how we process trauma at the somatic level, in the body and how to facilitate change from over 15 years as a rehab movement professional and massage therapist. Mirilena is a Ceremonial and Breathwork facilitator and believes in the ultimate wholeness in each client she has the honor to help. She has deep personal experience with the transformational power of this work through her own experience as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and over 25 years of drug and alcohol use. She celebrates 4 years of sobriety in June of 2023 and has a passion for helping others in recovery from all walks of life shift their perception, choose their beliefs, and step into the life they desire.
