Hello, I’m Adam Aya (Rice) - yoga & mindfulness teacher, shamanic guide, Evolution Coach, trauma-informed NARM certified professional and Reiki & tantric healer. For the last 25 years, I have been on a Hero’s Journey of self-discovery, constantly seeking to refine the essence of who I am, release the bonds of conditioning and learned behaviors, and step ever more into my true, authentic self.I truly believe that mankind is on the cusp of a huge transformation, where we step out of the old, animal consciousness of competition and conflict, and and into the higher consciousness of collaboration, cooperation and compassion. In my work, I try to combine everything I have learned, from Western psychological techniques, to yogic-based Eastern philosophy and the Wisdom Traditions of the indigenous peoples of the Americas, in order to create a holistic crucible for change.I am the Co-Founder of Activate Your Alchemy, the Order of Honourable Men & TheRealMen training. I also offer personal coaching, and lead workshops, retreats and shamanic plant medicine ceremonies around the world, together with my wife, Salisha Aya.I live on the sunny island of Mallorca, Spain, together with Salisha and our daughter Meeshka.Ich spreche auch fliessend Deutsch und kann auf Deutsch und Englisch unterrichten
