Aida E. Hernandez, MA, LPC, CP, NCCis a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with women navigating their career identities and recovering from toxic workplace cultures. With 15 years of experience working across different mental health settings, Aida uses her skills for group work to facilitate workshops centered on the collective experience of advocacy and social change. Aida is a Certified Practitioner of Psychodrama, an action-based form of therapy where clients act out, or dramatize, past or current events to gain clarity, healing and insight. Aida is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and a past member of the executive council of the New Jersey Counseling Association (NJCA). Aida is the owner and founder of Colibri Counseling, a private practice started 2017 that offers counseling online in New Jersey and Florida.
