British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher Nahdeannah is the founder of AkomaHEART. She is passionate about Yoga and it has been a core part of her life for 16 years. Sharing this ancient practice with both children and adults, AkomaHEART facilitates personal opportunities for participants to reconnect, reset and be part of a community for life, every person feeling deeply welcomed.Her sessions give space and time to reflect and check in with themselves mindfully with self compassion for a healthier way of experiencing all aspects of life.
