From Southern Italy but living and working in Amsterdam since 2017, I have never lost my connection to my roots and culture. I want to share with you the feeling of growing up in Italy. Every Sunday morning of my childhood, I woke up to the smell of fresh pasta being made.I organize fun and interactive pasta workshops in a modern, social way. There will be plenty of hands-on moments, laughter, conversation, and opportunities to get to know each other. My doors are open to everyone, so feel free to join and share the experience with friends! :)I proudly support the LGBTQI+ community!The workshop is divided into three parts:1.Theoretical part– Introduction to different types of flour, how to use eggs and water, and tips on humidity percentages and cooking times.2.Hands-on part– You will create your pasta.3.Cooking & dining– We’ll cook the pasta and enjoy it together!Italian wine and drinks are included!
