Alison Bartolo is a passionate advocate for holistic living, nourishing the body, inside and out. As co-founder of Ditch & Switch Low Tox Wellness Series, an Essential Oils Educator, Wellness Coach, Qualified Massage Therapist & AromaTouch Practitioner, Business Mentor and Mum of 3 gorgeous beings, she has built a global wellness community spanning UK & Australia sharing her passion for natural health.She has helped her global wellness tribe overcome common issues from sleep and stress management, gut issues, mood management, energy, skin complaints, hormone balance and common household ailments.
