About

I am a 200h certified yoga teacher based in Oxford. My goal is to cultivate a space that is welcoming and safe for all. Classes intend for the students to enjoy themselves, have fun, and feel good, so they can go away from class feeling recharged. I believe that yoga makes you better equipped for life: more mobility and strength in body and mind. I offer weekly classes, 1-to-1s, and bespoke events.
