Artful Yoga Gallery was born to make way for a holistic way to heal and help mental, physical and spiritual health.Art has always been the greatest healer – whether it’s a song that helped sooth us during heartbreak or expressing feelings through a form of Art (dancing, singing, painting!). So many forms of Art have been part of human healing and our evolution process.This grungy New-York style loft Art Gallery is our healing space.We are all seekers, seeking to live life better, more full, free from pain, and with purpose. Art shows us how to do that.Artful means encompassing all the Arts – Movement, Sound, Kinesthetic, Visual.
