B3 - Bumps, Birth and Belonging are a grassroots organisation based in Thurrock, Essex. We prioritise the holistic (Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual) wellbeing of women and families of Black, African and Caribbean heritage in the pregnancy the first 2 years of their babies lives. We pride ourselves at providing culturally relevant and evidence based information in a way that honours our heritage and experiences.B3 are committed to making the perinatal period safe, joyful and equitable for Black women and families through educational workshops, 1:1 and group support, easy access to perinatal and mental health services and raising awareness/advocating for change within the public sector.
