Blissful Besties was founded by lifelong friends Andrena and Marilynn, who met as teenagers working in retail. Over the years, their friendship blossomed, and mindfulness deepened their connection. Andrena became a yoga instructor, and Marilynn embraced sound healing. Together, they created Blissful Besties to share the healing power of yoga, sound, and mindfulness with the community they grew up in. Our mission is to provide a supportive space for healing and self-discovery through yoga, meditation, sound healing, tea meditation, journaling, and new and full moon gatherings. Whether in-person or online, we’re committed to nurturing a peaceful, balanced life for all.
