I’m Brinny. A proud queer, non-binary human.I work as a Mind-Body Coach, Facilitator and Trainer. Helping people to feel happier and healthier in their mind, body and life. I do this through movement classes, group facilitation, workshops and 1-1 sessions.Right now I am working with the meditation company Calm to deliver wellbeing workshops across the world.And work with the charity Not a Phase to deliver their Misfits classes in Brighton.I live in Brighton, right near the sea, love the outdoors, reading, learning and supporting my clients here and all over the world.Sign up to hear about more classes and events coming soonhere.
