As a sound healing practitioner, Brooke uses vibration and frequency to balance the mind, body, and spirit. She uses sound as a way to turn off the stress response and turn on the body's innate healing mechanisms. Brooke's passion and purpose is to create a container for deep healing and transformation. Her work blends science and spirituality for an entirely holistic approach to health and well-being.
