She is certified in Competency & Career Framework Design and Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP). She is currently pursuing her credentials with the International Association of Coaching (IAC).Outside of her professional work, Shee Li volunteers with Young NTUC, mentoring young adults, and is a dedicated animal lover.
