I am a Red Seal Chef and an award-winning cooking instructor, and I have been teaching cooking classes from beautiful Vancouver Island, on the Pacific Coast of Canada, since 1999. My fresh recipes, down-to-earth teaching style, and many professional cooking tips ensure that her students leave class with the confidence and enthusiasm they need to cook delicious food at home.
