Our business is headed by a certified HACCP European-trained chef, Nicolas Chunky Onwaeze BA (Hons), who is currently working on his master's degree in operations management. In addition, he has completed academic training in the fields of culinary and hospitality management. Our talented chef Nicolas, has worked in the culinary field for over twenty years. He is committed to giving you a taste of his extensive and rich culinary experience while living and working in over twenty countries ranging from Africa, Europe, and North America.Chef Nicolas believes that financial position and geographic location should not deprive humanity from the opportunity to satisfy one's culinary journey and taste for exquisite meals. For these reasons, we came up with the concept to provide our clients with a reasonable priced gourmet catering service that seeks to meet their budget, location and menu preferences.
