The Arts & Sciences Graduate Council (ASGC) is a student government organization at Columbia University. Our membership consists of student-elected departmental representatives from the 62 PhD and 26 MA programs of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. This group was formerly known as the Graduate Student Advisory Council (GSAC) until March 31, 2018, after which it divided into ASGC and the PhD Council.
