Conspiracy Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate company in Hong Kong. The chocolate is made using cacao from a single farm in the Dak Lak region, Vietnam. The chocolate is handcrafted from the bean to the bar using slow and mindful processes to retain the natural taste and health benefits of the cacao. Conspiracy’s chocolate combines traditional Mayan methods with modern science, using high quality cacao and heavily researched processes to bring out a terroir’s natural experience without distractions, additives or manufacturing compromises.Bean-to-bar or "craft" chocolate is a category of chocolate making which focuses on flavour development starting at the cacao tree. A bean-to-bar maker’s goal is similar to that of a wine/whiskey maker; intentionally bringing out the terroir and focusing on high quality, creating distinctive tasting notes.
