Meet Your Personal Wellness Facilitator, Rosemary JaQuayMy mission is propelled by my passion- To educate, inspire, and empower people along their path to wellness.You will be met with presence, compassion and the intention for your highest good. It is my honor to serve you with the utmost respect for your safety and comfort.A student and practitioner of the healing arts since 1998 with the following certifications: National Board Certified and California Certified Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, ACE Certified Personal Trainer & Behavioral Change Specialist, and Qigong Instructor. Other areas of practice include Healing Touch (Level 4), Gentle Somatic Yoga, metabolic training, nutrition, Cognitive Therapy, NLP, meditation, mindfulness, sound healing and breathwork. Rosemary's passion for holistic health education led her to create and lead workshops in addition to serving a number of years as Academic Coordinator and Instructor with a focus on curriculum design, classroom instruction and management at Icohs, an accredited college for holistic studies.
