Sam's journey into the world of healing began at age 20, when he experienced his first massage while competing in weightlifting and pursuing a degree in exercise science. That single experience was transformative, and within a week, he found himself touring a massage school—and soon after, enrolled.Nearly a decade later, he has built a practice that blends his deep knowledge of the body with a holistic, intuitive approach to wellness.As a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive training in Myofascial Release, sports massage, and craniosacral therapy, Sam has developed a unique style that integrates Western sports medicine techniques with energy work. Each session is entirely customized, as Sam believes in responding to what your body, mind, and spirit need in that moment rather than following a fixed protocol.Sam's work is also deeply influenced by his mentorships with plant allies guides and shamanic philosophies, which have taught him to view health through a broader lens—looking at the whole person instead of just focusing on symptoms.
