Eliza established Feel Good Flows as a place of community connection, through a practice that healed her own mind, body & soul.Eliza teaches yoga at Melbourne's top studios, as well as chosen by large organisations to run corporate wellness events: ie. Nike, Champion, Adobe.Believing in honest heart to heart exchanges; the "pay as you feel" donation model still stands to the day, ensuring the practice is accessible to all.Feel Good = Do Good: the mission of Feel Good Flows is to make more people feel good, and in so, do good.All levels, all experience, all people are welcome at Feel Good Flows community events.
