Ember & Ice is a Colorado-based sauna and cold plunge experience rooted in the rhythms of nature and the art of intentional contrast. We host immersive wellness gatherings in some of the state’s most beautiful places — from riverside sauna sessions beneath the pines to seasonal plunge rituals under open skies.Our events are designed to restore, energize, and reconnect. Whether you're joining us creekside in Boulder, tucked into the woods near Nederland, or at a pop-up in the high country, you'll find warmth, community, and a space to breathe deeply.We believe in the power of heat and cold, in slowing down, and in gathering well.
