It is nice to meet you, I’m Erin! I’m from Minneapolis, Minnesota and currently call Fort Collins, Colorado home. My background is in psychology and I work in the mental health field. In my free time, I love being outdoors, traveling, spending time with community, and doing all things yoga! Yoga has played a huge role in my health and wellness journey, so this past spring I dove deeper into my yoga practice by obtaining my 200 hour yoga teacher training through Life Power Yoga to become a certified instructor. Yoga is a great way to give your mind and body some love, and I can’t wait to lead you through class.
