esp is a non-profit that exists to create transformative experiences for people with disabilities and their families, changing communities for the better. Our mission ​revolves around three pillars:experiences: Our programs, like camp, weekend clubs and after-school activities, are the foundation upon which esp has been built.support community: Through family events, dinners, emergency family support, and sibling programming, we connect families to create a place where everyone belongs.purpose: This year, 142 individuals found purposeful employment with esp—whether as a full-time staff member activating their abilities daily, one of our Joyrista’s lighting up communities with joy, or an intern offering essential support for our programs.At esp, we envision a world where every person, of every ability, in every community has universal access to transformative experiences.
