Social Planning and Community Development (SPCD) is a branch of Fairfield City Council, which works with the community to achieve a healthy, diverse, inclusive and engaged city.We partner with the community and local community organisations to run programs, initiatives, workshops and events for the Fairfield community, young people, seniors, multicultural communities and more.
