PBE Yoga is a yoga and wellness business ran by me Kerry. I hold Vinyasa and Yin Yoga classes in Bristol.I am a 200hr+ registered yoga teacher with the Yoga alliance and recently have started to continue my education by studying for my 500hr qualification at Bristol School of Yoga.Believing that yoga is a mental practice that we access through the body, I look to offer a holistic practice of asana, breathwork and meditation.
