Owner and Chef Maureen of "Foray" has been a part of the local food community for over 30 years , offering her unique blend of exceptional food, great service in a detail oriented stylish atmosphere. As a caterer and personal chef she is always leaning towards bringing the guest a new dining experience using both classic and contemporary techniques . Having studied at the Paul Bocuse Culinary Intstitue in Lyon, France, it is now her pleasure to welcome you to her event studio for your special occasion event dinner or a fun scheduled pop up dinners.
