About

GEO (Green Environmental Outreach) Nonprofit is a veteran- and Black-led 501(c)(3) organization based in Springfield, Ohio, dedicated to environmental justice, sustainability education, and community health. Our mission is to empower urban and rural communities through grassroots outreach, green workforce development, fresh food access, and local policy advocacy. We collaborate with nonprofits, schools, city and state agencies, and health partners to create real solutions for underserved neighborhoods — from micro-grocery stores to free health clinics and educational events. At GEO, we believe that everyone deserves clean air, healthy food, and a sustainable future.
