GREATER SALEM CAREGIVERS provides assistance to adults who are homebound, in order to help them develop and maintain independence within their own homes and community. Services are provided through a network of community volunteers.The purpose of this organization is to provide non-medical supportive services, through a network of volunteers, to adults needing assistance, with a focus on seniors. Volunteers provide friendly visits, rides to medical appointments, errands, and respite. In addition, the organization will make referrals to appropriate professional agencies.
