Healthy Wicklow takes a holistic and integrated approach to improving the overall health and wellbeing in the County. It sets out a structure to capitalise on existing resources and respond to opportunities to promote health and wellbeing, by encouraging all sectors of society to take an active role in contributing to Wicklow becoming a healthier place to live, work and play.Healthy Wicklow has four high-level goals comprising of:1) Increase the proportion of people who are healthy at all stages of life2) Reduce health inequalities3) Protect the public from threats to health and wellbeing4) Create an environment where every individual and sector of society can play their part in achieving a Healthy Wicklow
