We are a women empowerment non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young ladies of color in the beauty & health industry to start or rebrand their businesses.We do this by providing mentorship, training, & resources to help them succeed.Our goal is to create a community of powerful & successful young ladies of color who can inspire & support each other. We believe that every young lady of color has the potential to achieve greatness, & we are here to help them realize that potential.
