I’m Isabel, a yoga and somatics facilitator from Austria with a passion for helping others re-connect with their bodies & intuition. I’ve completed three yoga teacher trainings in India (Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga), a meditation training in Thailand as well as a Somatic Yin Yoga training in Germany.In my yoga classes, I focus on somatics and embodiment, which means bringing conscious awareness to the sensations in your body and exploring intuitive movement - from the inside out.
