Hi, I'm Jen! I am a student nurse practioner + functional medicine trainee who took my health into my own hands in the pit of a myriad of issues. I did my own research and discovered the nutritional therapy modality that eventually lead to my healing. I had to share this information - and have had the privilege of serving my clients through individualized food, lifestyle bio hacks and energy work.
