Through my own interest of understanding the self I have trained in different forms of yoga, breathwork and sound therapy. I believe these practices are tools to assist in self enquiry, regulation of the nervous system, meditative and states of stillness, and allow us to touch into aspects of our authentic self through a personal embodied experience. I endeavour to hold safe and supportive spaces to allow participants to deepen their own experience with an intention for healing.
