Joanne is an experienced kinesiologist, life coach, breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher trainer; with vast knowledge and experience in body, mind and spirit energetics. In her work she dives deep into the spiritual aspects of our human condition and connects this with the body imbalances to heal..With over 25 years of dedicated yoga practice in hatha, vinyasa and asthanga; she brings a deep embodied understanding to her work. Extensive studies into the Yoga Sutras and the Ageless Wisdom Tibetan esoteric teachings brings a balance of physical and spiritual understanding to her treatments.She also walks the shamanic path and is a member of the Deer Tribe Sundance Path and has participated in mystical and shamanic trainings and processes all over the world including India, Brazil, Peru, Bali, Australia and Ireland, where she was born. She has developed a deep intuitive capacity to see underneath and reveal core issues. Any obstacle you are facing in physical emotional or mental blocks that are holding you back, she will find a way for you to unravel, restore, and become the powerful creator of your life.
