I am deeply passionate about the power of self-healing and believe wholeheartedly that we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves. After a fulfilling career as a trauma nurse, I have witnessed firsthand the body's remarkable capacity to recover when given the right tools and support. This experience has fueled my desire to teach others how to tap into their own healing potential, empowering them to take control of their well-being and transform their lives from the inside out.9D Breathwork has been a transformative practice for me, helping to release the accumulated stress and emotional tension from years of working in a high-pressure care-giving environment. Through its deep, intentional breath patterns, I have been able to unwind the layers of trauma and burnout, allowing my body and mind to heal and reset.
