Katie is a 200HR registered yoga teacher and Master Reiki practitioner.Through the years, Katie has opened her heart to many mindful practices such as meditation, nervous system regulation, manifestation and more. Katie spends a lot of her time studying yoga, reiki, universal laws, and subconscious programming. She recognizes the power of life force energy, and has devoted her life’s work to elevating the energy around her to a frequency of gratitude.Katie brings a vibrant and grounded energy to her classes, focusing on unique anatomy, alignment, and the mind-body-spirit connection. Her teaching style emphasizes feeling over form, and she offers modifications and props to make her classes accessible to everyone.
