KidSport Wood Buffalo

About

KidSport Wood Buffalo is a chapter of KidSport Canada, a Registered Canadian Amateur Athletic Association. Our chapter serves the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo - including all 10 communities. Our mission is to get kids off the sidelines and into the game - we provide grants for registration fees to remove the financial barriers that may prevent kids from participating in organized sport. We believe all kids should have the opportunity to experience the benefits of organized sport such as increased confidence and self-esteem, learning teamwork, time-management, and goal-setting, and making friends!
