With nearly three decades in the healing arts, Kristen has seamlessly blended her expertise in sound healing, yoga, and social-emotional education into life-changing programs that foster self-confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.Through initiatives like My Body My Power, Kristen has empowered thousands of teens and tweens, creating safe spaces for self-discovery and community connection.
