Laughing Kookaburra Wellness is a new private psychology practice and Yoga Studio set up in Rockingham (psychology appointments are also available in Fremantle and Online). With experience in delivering therapy to all ages, in both individual and group settings, and across several modalities of therapy and assessment.The yoga studio set up in Rockingham that delivers both individual and group classes and events, focuses heavily on somatic therapy principles, psycho-education, mindfulness, and meditation. Laughing Kookaburra Wellness aims to provide yoga practices for both the body and mind to help reduce stress, reduce symptoms of physical and mental health disorders, and provide a sense of balance and wellbeing.
