From Scotland, Laura moved to London and had a career in the arts before training as a Pilates instructor and moving to the Channel Islands where she had a studio for over twenty years. She runs bespoke workshops and retreats combining bodywork techniques with meditation to provide an immersive, transformative journey for those looking to work more deeply on their body and mind. She works as a freelance public speaker and events organiser.From Germany, Thilo has lived in Switzerland, UK, India and now Italy. He bought la Palazzina as a ruin 25 years ago out of a deep response to the beauty of the area and the natural fertility and abundance of the land. Over the years his vision of a beautiful Tuscan home fully off grid with its own water and energy supply; with olive groves, vegetable gardens and fruit orchards providing his family with a healthy self sustainable life style. Thilo is fully trained in Natural Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, offering a unique and holistic approach to health and Wellness.
