Leaven Well is an organization rooted in self exploration, connection and transformation.We love to help people reconnect to their inner selves; that is so often buried beneath a lifetime of pain, social conditioning and stigma.The change we want to evoke is healing, wholeness and connection through embodied living.A world where every person's truest self is both held and free.///We run a wide range of workshops and events, as well as Women's health practice and therapy service.
