To do right by yourself and by others because it is the right thing to do. To live well and be the example. To stop pulling on others and encouraging them to change or be better, but instead to be the light.When those who are seeking can witness a new way of living, convincing is not required or requested. There is freedom in claiming your power to choose and allowing others the same freedom.When we follow the light, when we follow happy people, when we follow what feels good without holding back, we can see and experience for ourselves the fulfillment and joy of existing.Light House was created to provide a space for people to learn how to care for themselves. Our classes and offerings have been carefully curated to promote progress and growth in the student and to cover topics that expand beyond the physical yoga practice.We are here to give you your power back.
