Hello there! I am a 200HR RYT in hatha/vinyasa and yoga nidra. I completed my teacher certificate in beautiful Mexico and now share yoga with the community in Montreal. Yoga has transformed my life and has made me become closer to my authentic self. My goal with teaching yoga is to help others experience the same personal growth, and to receive the experience and healing they are meant to receive. My classes integrate themes of spirituality, manifestation, personal growth and healing. I also love to connect personally with my students by going out for coffee after class.
