At Lyndell Institute, we are a mother-daughter team, sharing the art of traditional Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do, Self-Defense, Yoga, Meditation, Dynamic Group Fitness Classes, Sound Immersion Meditation Experiences, children's programming, and more!
