Our mission is to empower humans by providing the knowledge and skills needed to navigate difficult conversations about mental health, substance abuse, and suicide. We firmly believe that education and open conversations have the power to saves lives!Our vision is to stop the stigma and normalize the conversation about mental health and suicide through educational classes and community events to reach one million people by 2030.Make Mental Health Matter hosts multiple events throughout the year including our Annual Gala, MHSA Film Festival and Rock Your Wellness. We also have several educational classes and volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
