Masoud Mahdavi

Masoud Mahdavipour,born on May 30, 1952, in Tehran, developed an interest in yoga during his teenage years. He traveled to India in 1975 to learn from various masters and began teaching yoga in Iran in 1976. In 1979, he founded "Yoga Center," the largest yoga institution in Iran, which operated until 2020. Over 45 years, he trained thousands of students and coaches, integrating ancient yoga philosophy with modern life. His teachings focus on mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, and a balanced lifestyle. He has also authored several influential books on yoga, self-improvement, and well-being.
